Thank you! I'm so glad I found this video. I've just ordered the Block Blue Light Mid-panel as is linked here. I'm hoping to see some benefits to my health and well-being - I have CFS. The panel is coming with a free 'No Blue Amber Beacon Light' which I'm excited to use as I can't exactly wash off my eye make-up with my Blue Block glasses on, so I'll use the Beacon Light in my bathroom instead. The promotion with the free light has just ended, but I believe the company has these kinds of promotions periodically. All the best.

It's been nice to find a Doctor on You Tube promoting this particular brand of products. I bought the Block Blue Light glasses in Feb 2024, and do find they help with my night time wind down, and my eyes feel more rested while wearing them. My sleep wasn't too bad to start with, so I can't comment too much there, but I do have good melatonin levels, as shown on a hormone test I had done not long ago, after I had weaned off the prescription melatonin my Doctor had me on (for inflammation). I will use the glasses instead. I have found the service from Block Blue Light to be very good. One thing about the glasses, is once you put them on, it pays not to do any work that involves deciphering colours.. hahaha.. eg hand sewing or choosing a particular colour of clothing/make-up online.. you won't be able to pick out the colours correctly. This is so true. I have a building disc in my L5/SI joint pinching my sciatica bad. Two nights ago I started thinking of how people over seas sleep on hard surfaces and I started researching it. The first night I got immediate relief with a pillow under my knees. It takes a couple nights to get use to, but I dreamed last night so I slept deep. I’m at least going to look for the most firm mattress if I go back to the mattress.

One thing that happens with floor sleeping is that you never oversleep. The bed is too comfortable and don't want to leave it. When on floors, you just get up and start your day.

here's my experience: I've been having back pain each day, tired every morning, my posture was mostly bad.. I put a simple yoga mat on the floor and a simple small pillow, after seeing someone recommend it, and i was like: Why not? I've been sleeping on the mat for 1 week already and I feel awesome

The real problem is our elected leaders who do not understand these issues as you do. The science community is also to blame too, who invent these substances for use. At some point there needs to be body put in pkace to monitor these things and hold companies and parmarcies accountable.
